Pre-Commissioning Chemical Cleaning – Chemical Cleaning of piping, heat generation & heat transfer equipment before commissioning is critical to ensuring that these systems run perfectly after start-up. We provide all the necessary expertise from the developing of chemical cleaning procedures to actually executing chemical cleaning jobs on a turnkey basis.

In Chemical cleaning each of our customers problems are evaluated carefully taking in to account the various parameters like metallurgy, scale type and equipment geometry as they affect the chemical cleaning process and this analysis helps us to develop customer specific solutions.

We own the entire set of equipment necessary to carry out an effective chemical cleaning operation. This includes chemical cleaning pumps from capacities as low as ½ hp used in chemical cleaning small air-conditioning condensers to 150 hp giants used in chemical cleaning of power station boilers. We also own flame-proof chemical cleaning equipment for use in running refinery environments.

Besides chemical cleaning pumps, chemical circulation tanks, chemical hoses, valves, and the entire set of tools and tackles necessary to carry out a cleaning job form part of our ever expanding chemical cleaning inventory.

We also own our own medium pressure jetting pumps along with their accessories and are able to generate pressures up to 3500 psi for cleaning of Heat Exchangers, Fin-Fan Coolers, AHU, FCU and Air Cooled Condensers

We have a fully equipped house laboratory capable of carrying out a complete water analysis, deposit & fouling analysis and also corrosion rate determination.

We are also equipped with a mobile-field laboratory to carry out complete on-site chemical cleaning analysis of acid percentage, ferric / ferrous iron pick up and other relevant-parameters necessary for control of chemical cleaning.

We at Span-Chem Technologies take our responsibility on prevention of accidents very seriously and so we have an independent Health & Safety policy that has ensured that in the past 5, 00,000 man hours that we have worked there has not been a single record able incident or accident.

We provide all our operating personnel with mandatory safety gear that includes not only Helmets, safety glasses, face shields, gloves, shoes, and safety slings but also dust masks & breathing apparatus as the need may be.

As a standard practice all operating personnel go through routine in-house safety trainings covering all aspects of chemical handling & other work hazards.
